Summary:

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) is responsible for delivering IT services and managing the day-to-day IT service desk operations. The OCIO is looking to partner with an experienced and robust IT service desk to deliver a consistent and cost-effective IT experience. The SBA IT Services Center, commonly referred to as ITSC, is an IT support contract responsible for operating, maintaining, securing, and modernizing IT services and the enterprise network infrastructure.
